Verified facts

The FCA published a notice on 27 October saying Bullseye Financial entered administration on 23 October. The regulator said the firm served professional investors and had already agreed to stop regulated activity in March.

The appointed administrators are responsible for managing the firm's affairs and communicating next steps. The FCA warned about fraudsters asking people to pay to recover their money.

Apolifina analysis

Clients should use the administrator contacts reached through the FCA's official page rather than unsolicited messages. The existence of an authorised firm does not by itself establish that every client or loss qualifies for compensation.

Uncertainty and risk

The administration date and notice date are different. Do not promise a recovery amount, payment date or automatic FSCS cover. The administrators will liaise with the FSCS, with eligibility subject to scheme criteria. General information only.
