Verified facts

The unaudited update puts organic constant-currency revenue growth at at least 21%. Reported revenue includes about $11m from the Kepler SignalTek acquisition.

Customers also took about $10m of deliveries earlier than previously expected ahead of US factory consolidation, moving that revenue from the second half into the first. Full half-year results are due on 12 November.

Apolifina analysis

The delivery timing matters when judging whether a strong half-year can simply be repeated. Acquisition revenue and organic growth also answer different questions.

For investors following electrification and data infrastructure, this is evidence about one supplier's trading, not proof of sector-wide demand or a guarantee that every AI-related company will benefit. The forthcoming accounts should provide a fuller view of cash generation and profit adjustments.

Uncertainty and risk

The figures are management estimates and the profit outlook is not a completed annual result. Underlying profit excludes specified items. Currency movements and execution can affect outcomes; investments can lose value. No recommendation is made.
